The certification enables Progressive Communicationsí clients to print on FSC-certified paper, as well as use the FSC logo on printed pieces that comply with FSC regulations.
Progressive Communications was awarded certification after an extensive onsite assessment, verifying the proper procedures are in place to ensure the integrity of the FSC chain-of-custody. Our trained, onsite staff manages a system which guarantees certified products are not mixed with non-certified products through each stage of purchasing, receiving, printing and shipping.
The third-party certifier, SmartWood, has over 13 years of experience in the forest management and chain-of-custody certification. The company ensures any certified company meets a rigorous set of ethical, environmental, and social standards. All FSC-certified paper originates from regulated forests, ensuring integrity from forest to the end-user.
