Stylish brochure for this new real-estate property in Colorado

Challenge:

As a new real-estate property, The Chadwick at Steamboat Springs needed a marketing tool to inform buyers about this new opportunity. They approached Progressive Communications to create a high-end brochure as a sales tool for prospective buyers. The brochure needed to convey the classy, up-scale environment of the property.

Solution:

The design group at Progressive Communications created a high-end sales kit in a spiral-bound book. To convey a classy and environmental feeling, the design of the piece took on earth-toned colors and was printed on recycled paper.
